Hello, I am the Sales Manager at Hondru Ford of Manheim where I assist
our Product Specialists to help provide our customers with an easy
buying process and the best experience possible. I have worked in the
automotive industry for over 10 years and I really enjoy being a part
of the Hondru team. I love that the team at Hondru truly provides a
family atmosphere for all team members and customers. When I am not
with my Hondru family, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three
children. You can also find me outdoors hiking and bike riding. I grew
up as a big Philadelphia sports fan and since my favorite sport is
football, I am a huge Eagles fan! Go Eagles!

Hello, my name is Valentino Conte. I have been with the Hondru Auto Group since 1996. I enjoy playing golf, hunting & I am a die hard Eagles Fan! Hello, my name is Ian Chea and pronounced E-an Chee-ah. I grew up in Philly, but my heart and home are here in Lancaster County. I have truly enjoyed being a part of the Hondru team for over 13 years. Over these years, I have had the  opportunity to build great relationships with our team and our customers. I also feel very lucky to have met my beautiful wife who has blessed me with two crazy daughters that we adore. When I am not at Hondru, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. Sometimes you may even find me perfecting my jump shots on the basketball court or hitting golf balls at the driving range. Hello, my name is Alex Torres. I grew up in Lancaster County and currently live in the Mount Joy area. It is so exciting to join the team at Hondru Ford of Manheim and the automotive industry. As the Finance Manager at Hondru Ford of Manheim, I work with all of our customers to provide an easy experience by presenting various financing options, interest rates, etc. I have worked with customers in the automotive industry for over 18 years in all aspects of the business. It was a great accomplishment to achieve my F&I Certification and complete my Compliance Training to ensure the best for our customers. I enjoy building relationships with our customers and working with our team. The culture at Hondru really resonates with me by demonstrating the importance of always making your family a priority. After just a moment of meeting me, you will quickly recognize my Australian accent. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. I love running and you can often find me road bicycling. There are times I even get the opportunity to ride to and from the dealership!
